My BFF Cherie, the Witchlets and I are off to the Fairie Festival at Spoutwood Farm today! We've been to this event several times before--even survived wacky protesters one year--they don't stop us from celebrating Beltane and enjoying the magick of Nature!

I was sitting here reading up on Medicare part D plans to write my next article, when it hit me, it's almost Beltane!!!!

We will be attending the Spoutwood Farm Fairie Festival this year! Looks like we'll be going on Saturday. So far it's me, Olivia, my BFF Cherie, her niece (possibly) my other BFF Amy and her son, I hope.

I was not happy with the Witchlets this morning! I always get up early to get some work done before everyone else is up and needing my attention. I had just sat down and started to do research on a specific low testosterone symptom when Dante came down...at 5:15am! Then there was Wyatt right behind him!

These boys wanted breakfast! At 5:15am? I don't think so!! They were acting up and bouncing off the walls--it was way too early for that! Well, but 3pm, Wyatt crashed and burned...hahaahhaaaa

Pluto is the planet of regeneration; it helps us bring to the surface those secret sides of ourselves we avoided facing or owning up to.

This is a time to undergo an internal form of house cleaning. It is a good time to research into our own Souls in order to determine exactly what we do or do not need.

Or WHO we do or do not need...

Recently I have had a few people come to me to do a tarot reading for them (one was a Texas truck accident lawyer...umm!!!) and unfortunately I have had to decline.

It's certainly not that I don't want to do tarot reading for others, it is more that I don't feel I can. When I do a reading for myself,  I rely on the energy coming from the cards, playing off of my own energy.

I can't imagine doing a reading for someone else, especially if they are not in the room with me. I always wondered how true tarot card readers, who offer to read cards for others, manage to do it.

I hope I haven't offended those I've had ti turn down. If you are able to read cards for other people, I would love some insight on how you do it!!!

By the way, the Dragon Tarot deck is my absolute favorite deck! 

I'd like to start meditating every morning. It used to be so random but lately I have been able to be more regular with it. Typically I like to meditate with music playing but when everyone is sleeping I always feel like I may wake someone up, so I got a nice pair of ipod nano headphones--problem solved!

Can't wait to start meditating outside in the early morning--right now it's still too cold out :(

My lil Witchets know Mother's Day is coming soon and Dante is already plotting and planning what he wants to get me. The other day he asked if there was a mothers day gift shop he could get my gift at because he has $2.67! He thinks he is rich :-)

 I love how they think of me and honestly, a homemade card would be just as nice as any gift they buy.
