Sometimes I discuss herbs other times I discuss natural products. Today I want to touch on Creatine. I now several people who take creatine powder as a supplement, especially those who exercise on a regular basis. I am wondering who takes Creatine if you prefer the pills or the powder?

I have to take a moment to address the idea that Witches are sexy and it's 'hot' to 'be with' a Witch. Has anyone else heard this? I think simply has to do with the whole preconceived notion of what or who a Witch is.

This month's Full Moon is commonly called the Storm Moon but I doubt you'll hear that term as much as you will hear "SuperMoon"

This Full Moon in Virgo not only occurs just before Ostara, the Spring Equinox, but the Moon will be at its closest point to the Earth--221,567 miles.

The scientific name is “lunar perigee”. Previous SuperMoons happened in 1955, 1974, 1992 and 2005. Each year had extreme weather events.

With the recent events in Japan (earthquake then tsunami) it seems panic has set in that this SuperMoon is going to wreak havoc on the Earth, causing more damage.

However, Dario de la Cruz, chief of the astronomy section of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) was not much worried.

“We have nothing to worry about because people are already aware of this,” he said. “The only effect is we can experience high tide.”

I tried to view the Moon last night but it was cloudy here. Tonight clear skies are predicted so I am hoping to get a glimpse of this SuperMoon!
